HISTORY OF THE WHITE BREAKFAST
One of the earliest, and certainly the most everlasting tradition to be institutionalized at Bennett College was the White Breakfast. The tradition was established around 1930, when Dr. David Dallas Jones accepted the challenge of the presidency of the newly restructured Bennett College for Women. Dr. Jones and his wife, Mrs. Susie Jones, were determined to establish some lasting values and traditions.
